Strip and caulk sink, toilet and tub. Make sure you remove all of the stained caulking in the tub, particularly the corners.

Also wipe down the exterior of all of the kitchen cabinets and handles. They have a lot of grease and stickiness.
baseboard throughout the unit have a pretty heavy layer of dust and scuffs. Kitchen and appliances are all still very greasy microwave cooktop controls. Have a layer of grease and have not been wiped down. Refrigerator is covered in swirl marks and inside has not been wiped out completely. Large bag of cheese left indoor. Something is also rattling around in the garbage disposal. Several items have been left under the sink unit needs heavier cleaning
